MCGI CARES LIVE MAY 13th 2022.
I thank God for making me to join the mcgi cares live again. It was another opportunity to learn from Gods word it was impactful.
LESSONS LEARNED.
- I learnt about the history of the bible. the bible is the highest selling book of all time but even with the fact that it is the highest selling book of all time, there are people who have not come in contact with the Bible and there are people who have never heard of the Bible.
I Learnt that The codex syniticus was hand written in the year 1600.there were other Bible's existing at that time which was explained by bro elisoriano. There are places where the bible is prohibited but if they live right they we're justified.
I learnt that there was no bible before but there was a book of law. So the people of the old can still be saved if they did the right things like treating humans right and not commiting adultery and training the children right
I also learnt that Those that hear the law and obey are justified but those that hear and disobey will not be justified. Those that can't see and hear but do things of the law will be justified.
I also learnt that If we have pity on the poor it is God that owes us. He that lend to the poor lends to God. I now understand that all we need to do is to give to the poor and needy because our reward will be in heaven. God is the rewarder of men and if God that created the world is owing us Our wealth is supernatural.
IMPACT OF TEACHING IN MY LIVE.
This teaching in the mcgi cares live has impacted my life by making me understand the history of the bible and I also got understanding that even if there were places that the bible didn't get to there we're laws that guided them.
Before I believe it is just good to help people but I never knew am lending unto God. But now I understand that God is the rewarder. So my duty is to just do good nomata how the person treats me.
The teachings has impacted me to understand that even if people do me bad i have to keep doing good. We are not to expect things in return after helping men. God gives all the rewards.
