MCGI CARES LIVE JULY 5TH 2022.
Hello every one. We have been learning about the words of Christ I Thank God for giving me and other Mcgi members to be part of todays mcgi cares live . The teaching has been expository, I thank God for using bro Elisoriano and Bro Daniel today.
Bro Elisoriano started with the in-depth teaching of Our tongue and also talked about money and training our children.
LESSONS LEARNT FROM THE TEACHINGS.
1.The words of God makes our tongue good. Our words should be yes or no. More than that is coming from evil.
I learnt We should be faithful in our words. We should not mention the name of God in vain. It is against his will. We should put it in our hearts so we can refrain from doing evil things
I learnt that We should live with accordance of the scriptures. Money is used for different things but what does the scriptures say about how we should use money.
I also Learnt that We are to help others with our money train our children and live comfortably. Many things are answered by money. Almost all things in our life can be bought by money. It is evil if man loves money. We can feed the poor if you we have money.
I learnt that We are to bring up our children In the way of christ. We are not to provoke the child to anger. They will hate the parent. Its not evil to dicipline the child but it should be according to the doctrine of the lord.
I learnt that We should help people that are sick. We should love our fellow men and our enemies too. That is the true woship of God. And we should yield ourselves unto God.
IMPACT OF TODAY ON MY DAILY LIFE.
Todays teaching has added to my knowledge and made me understand the true use of the tongue how to take care of it and how to fill my heart with Gods word so I can be true with my words. It has also made me understand the true use of money and to walk with the consciousness that money should not rule me because money answers all things. It has also made me understand that while training children I must dicipline them with love so I don't provoke them to hatred. Thanks be to God.
