MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 5 JULY 15th 2022.
Hello every one. We have been learning about the words of Christ I Thank God for giving me and other Mcgi members to be part of todays mass indoctrination. The teaching has been expository, I thank God for using bro Elisoriano who started with the in-depth teaching of fasting.
LESSON FROM THE TEACHINGS.
I learnt that We are to forgive people when we're fasting. We are to also give bread to the hungry because were not eating and also give cloths to the naked.we will be healed if we're sick.
I learnt that Fasting can regenerate our immune system. It fights infection and help tye elderly by producing new blood cells. There's a great benefit if we fast. Fasting was thought by Christ. Husband and wife are to agree to abstain from sex.if we have a request from God we should fast. There is a reward. We should not appear to people that we are fasting.
I also learned that Husband and wife are not to deprive themselves of their body but during prayer and fasting they are to agree to abstain. During fasting we should do other things.
I also learned that Any woman who opens her body is like an open eatery. What is for our spouse we should not sell it to others. Any body that looks after a woman lustfully has committed adultery already.
I also learned that Husbands are to dwell with their wife's according to doctrines. The word of God says it is wrong to have sexual intercourse with a woman when shes on her monthly period. A woman is naturally weaker vessel.
I learnt that For our prayers to reach God a man should understand the wife. When husband and wife are dwelling according to knowledge their prayers will be answered. The husband is the head of the wife like Christ is the head of the church. He is the savior of the body.
I learned that
The man is the head of the home not the wife. A man is not to allow his wife open her body.the man is the provider. Any man that does not provide for his household he is worst that an infidel.I learnt that A woman is to summit to the husband. The woman is to cover her head when praying. But the man is not to cover. If a man has long hair its a shame but if a woman has long hair its a covering for her.
I learned that
The glory of a woman is her hair before God. If a woman is going to pray she should have a covering but a man should not have a covering on his head. Men are prohibited from growing their hair long.
Impact of todays teaching on me.
Thanks be to God for todays teaching because it has made me understand the Importance of abstaining from sexual intercourse with our spouse during fasting and also made me understand the health benefits of fasting. Finally it made me know the Importance of the hair to a woman and the responsibility of a man
