MCGI MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 4
Hello everyone, today is the fourth day of our mass Indoctrination. We have been learning about the doctrine of our lord Jesus Christ. I Thank God for giving me and other Mcgi members to be part of today mass Indoctrination. The teaching as been wonderful I thank God for using bro Elisoriano to teach us the doctrine of our lord. Bro Elisoriano thought about prayer today.
LESSON FROM TODAY MASS INDOCTRINATION
1.After Judas died there was a need for replacement because the disciples are 12 in number. The disciples prayed. And God sent them an answer. Prayer is requesting from God. Prayer is a doctrine from God and we are to make our request known to God. Praying to Mary is wrong because she is dead already. We have to pray directly to God.
- I learnt that Mary has died she is not raised up yet. Prayer should also be with thanksgiving because in the bible Jesus prayed before eating. God does not forsake his children. Both in comfort and difficulty we should pray to God. Some people dont have a prayer life they only pray when they need help from God.
I also Learnt that We are to pray without seizing day and night. Because we need to thank God for the day and for him to protect us at night. At night so many things happen.
We are not to pray repetitive prayers because God knows our needs before we ask him. God is not slow to hear. Even in the storm he hears us.our words should be few.I learnt that How can we be sure our prayers are heard. We are to pray with a clean heart and follow righteousness. God only listens to the prayer of the righteous. The prayer of the sinner is an abomination to God. Out of the heart proceeds evil thoughts but we must guide our hearts with righteousness.
- I also Learnt that The foundation of our heart is important. We should abstain from fornication and lasciviousness. The desire for woman. Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.our yes should be yes and our no should be no. We should keep our words. The tongue cannot be tamed by man. Together with a faithful tongue is a truthful heart.thanks be to God.
