MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 4 MAY 14th 2022.
Hello every one. We have been learning about the words of Christ I Thank God for giving me and other Mcgi members to be part of todays mass indoctrination. The teaching has been great. I thank God for using bro Elisoriano who started with the in-depth teaching of prayer.
LESSON FROM THE TEACHINGS.
I learnt that There we're 12 apostle because they represent the 12 tribes of judah but Judas failed and was replaced by prayer. Prayer is requesting from God. When making our request we must also thank God and believe.
I learnt that Asking the mother of Christ to pray for us is wrong.We are to pray for ourselves.its impossible for mary to pray for us because she's dead.in praying we must not repeat.we should pray before we eat.
I also learned that Our food is sanctified when we pray before we eat.prayer is petition to God. Some people pray when they have birthday or when sick or when there's problem. Prayer should not be in difficulty or comfort. It should be every time.
I also learned that God is justice he will always avenge his elect.We are to pray without seizing. We are also to make our words few while praying.we don't need to repeat.as brief as possible.before we ask God understands our need.
I also learned that
How do we know our prayer will be answerded.We are to call upon God with a pure heart and refrain from evil. The prayer of a sinner is an abomination and a pure heart is Gods delight.when we pray with offence against men God will not listen.I also learnt that Husbands are to give honour to the wife. If he cheats on the wife and is cruel the prayers will not be answered. Same to the wife.God cares but does not listen to prayers from a man with an evil heart
I also learned that If people turn from wicked ways and humble themselves God will listen. We should purify our hearts. We are to cleanse our hearts before we pray.
I learned that The word of God will cleanse our heart. We have to allow the word enter our hearts.We need it.we should depart from iniquity.
I learned that The word of a man is from what is In the heart. The eyes of God is over the righteous. The tongue defiles the whole body if not purified.
Finally I learned that A christian must have a word of honour. Gods word should teach us. Together with a truthful tongue is a faithful heart. We are to open our mouth with wisdom. Our tongue should not whips. Thanks be to God.
