Mass indoctrination day 11 September 19th 2022.
Hello every one. We have been learning about the words of Christ I Thank God for giving me and other Mcgi members to be part of todays mass indoctrination . The teaching has been wonderful and impactful, I thank God for using bro Elisoriano
Bro Elisoriano started with the in-depth teaching of what we need do as christians.
LESSON FROM THE TEACHINGS.
Firstly There are works that God entrust his children to. We cannot partake of the lords cup and that of the devil. We cannot be partaker of the lords table and that of the devil. The table of God is the church. There are works in the true church we're God allows us to fufil.
Secondly Since we are guided by the spirit of God there are things we should be doing voluntarily Even if we are told not to do so. If a man vows he should do according to what he said. If we should get married it should be willingly.
I also Learnt that We should not vow than to vow and not pay. We can make a vow to make request from God. We should avoid doing evil. When we want to give it should be according to the decision of our heart. The commandments in our time is to give cheerfully. Thithes is not the doctrine of Christ.
Bro Elisoriano also made us understand that Giving contribution should be according to the conscience it is not 10% if We give it should be decided by us not our preacher. We are the ones to decide how much. We should give according to our heart. Giving should not be specific like the catholic church which have a list.
I also Learnt that We are the ones to decide how much we will give. And in churches the box is not to be brought to us we are to go to the box.some churches put the money in an envelop. According to some pastors thite is compulsory but it is not a commandment. The works of God are much so there are contributions that are needed.
I also Learnt that There were things the church was to do. Like feeding the needy. There are people who have willingness to give that is what God loves. Thanksgiving is also voluntarily. There is a prophesy that the people of God should give thanks. It is a necessary to do good voluntarily. The decision is up to us.
Finally I learnt that Thanks giving is a sacrifice offered to God. Is not just offering thanksgiving it is doing good. We should give to widows and orphans. The sacrifice of praise is important. If someone does not have cloths or slippers we should give voluntarily. It is Gods commandments to be thankful. There are people who are ungrateful. If we we're healed we should give thanks or passed an exam we should give thanks because it is important. Thanks be to God.
