I noticed that too in other countries, nurses outside are happy and joyfull, not worn out, depressed...
They are outside when there is TV, they are texting they're loved ones to see them on TV. Just like they are making noises (disturbing much?) and celebrating inside when walking out a patient, acting out for social media.
It's mostly unconscious, they want or are glad to be famous.
Also mostly young and probably interns, the old ones aren't risking as much and backing off ?
Politicians aren't covering their filthy mouths anywhere.
