Great idea, and always necessary for some exchanges between communities around, offering services, asking for needs, etc. If you are a web developer why not ?
Integrating with hive would be very nice, maybe a bit more work extensive (maybe a team?), login with hive, maybe creating a community here also for it, you can even create a proposal here on hive to receive some funding, see what feedback you get.
After all it is in line with the eco-villages "open sourced" mindset. Would gladly support it and i think others would too.
