After winning the toss RCB elected to field first. Did virat kohli get his toss decision wrong? Both the captains wanted to field first though. Perhaps, on the hindsight he would have wanted to loss this toss. Nothing went right from there on, they didn't bowl poorly, but were helpless against the onslaught. Warner started asusal he does in most of the matches, bairtsow too over and the fun never stopped. 59 in the powerplay, a maiden fifty for Bairtsow soon it got doubled in no time and when he was dismissed the openers have already added 185 runs. Warner wasn't to be denied, got to his own hundred in final over of the match as they ended up putting a massive score of 231.
To chase this massive total RCB needed something out of their box. But unfortunately for them it didn't happen they have tried to do something different by sending Hitmyer to open with Parthiv patel but that haven't paid off. 3 matches and 3 different opening combinations for RCB. They needed an explosive start from the openers but it happened quite opposite as they lose 5 wickets inside 7 overs. Chase is done and dusted their itself. Now it was just a formality for Srh bowlers how quickly they will finish this innings from RCB.
RCB got humiliation defeat from Srh. As a result they remain bottom of the table while on other hand Srh has been topped the table.
