IMO it is very useful because many users receive many newsletters through emails and never read them because of many subscriptions but if receive more personal message they will have a look on it. After that youtube updates of the person or a brand to, with instant messaging on Facebook - and many more other featuring. This is how a great marketing would work by using MFY
