Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este diseño artesanal inspirado en el icónico personaje de la banda KISS. En esta ocasión, me enfoqué en Gene Simmons, y les mostraré paso a paso cómo fue elaborado, buscando siempre mejorar en esta área de manualidades. ¡Espero que les guste!

Good afternoon, friends.
Today I want to share with you this handmade design inspired by the iconic KISS character. This time, I'm focusing on Gene Simmons, and I'll show you step by step how it was made,always striving to improve in this area of crafts. I hope you like it!

• Foami negro
• Foami blanco
• Foami escarchado plateado
• Pintura negra y roja
• Silicón caliente

Materials needed:

• Black foam
• White foam
• Silver frosted foam
• Black and red paint
• Hot glue

Manufacturing process:

1. Preparación de moldes
   Comenzamos trazando los moldes de cada parte del cuerpo. Las imágenes de referencia les ayudarán a identificar cómo debe lucir cada sección.

Preparing the Molds
We begin by tracing the molds of each body part. The reference images will help you identify how each section should look.

1. Elaboración del traje
   Lo primero que armamos es el traje, utilizando foami negro como base. Este será el cuerpo principal de la figura.

Making the Costume
The first thing we put together is the costume, using black foam as a base. This will be the main body of the figure.

1. Creación del rostro
   Para la cara, usamos foami blanco, dejando un pequeño triángulo en la parte superior como detalle característico. Luego, pasamos al cabello, recortando su forma según el estilo del personaje

Creating the Face
For the face, we used white foam, leaving a small triangle at the top as a distinctive detail. Next, we moved on to the hair, cutting it to fit the character's style.

1. Manos y brazos
   Cada brazo y mano tiene un diseño distinto, así que es importante seguir los moldes con atención. Notarán que uno de los brazos está extendido y el otro hace el gesto de “rock on”.

Hands and Arms
Each arm and hand has a different design, so it's important to follow the patterns carefully. You'll notice that one arm is extended and the other makes the "rock on" gesture.

1. Ensamblaje
   Vamos pegando pieza por pieza con silicón caliente: primero el cuerpo, luego la cabeza y el cabello. Después colocamos los brazos. Para darle un toque especial, añadimos detalles como el cinturón y las hombreras usando foami escarchado plateado.

Assembly
We glue the pieces together piece by piece with hot glue: first the body, then the head and hair. Then we attach the arms. To give it a special touch, we add details like the belt and shoulder pads using silver frosted foam.

1. Detalles finales
   Con pintura negra, damos los últimos retoques: líneas en las manos para definir los dedos, color en la lengua y brillo en los ojos para resaltar la expresión. Estos pequeños detalles hacen que la figura cobre vida.

Final Details
With black paint, we add the final touches: lines on the hands to define the fingers, color on the tongue, and glitter in the eyes to highlight the expression. These small details bring the figure to life.
