In recent years with the innovation of electric cars has been doubted the future of gases and their derivatives as an energy source.
This is not new, although reference is often made to the fact that there are a number of free energies that can be used to replace oil and diesel.
Today I read an article that made reference to why European governments plan to stop using oil, but what alternatives do they have?
In a previous post I made reference to renewable energies and the impact they could have on Society, but it is clear that companies with more than 100 years in the industry are not going to leave things easily.
Much reference is made about air pollution, and perhaps the relationship between oil-gases is once and for all evident as noted here:
"Health effects from exposure to petroleum products vary depending on the concentration of the substance and the length of time that one is exposed. Breathing petroleum vapors can cause nervous system effects (such as headache, nausea, and dizziness) and respiratory irritation"
Do we have to wait until 2040 to see electric cars when we have the technology available to us?
Undoubtedly not, so it is better to start investing time and money in getting energy independence once and for all to disappear any trace of oil monopoly. Thank you for reading!
