In Québec, it's legal to self-cultivate if you have a medical paper. I don't know about Manitoba. I live in Quebec and I can't wait to produce my own weed. This law is complete bullshit. It's just to please the right wing people that think weed should not be legal. Why can I produce my own alcohol and not my own weed? Doesn't make sense.

At least, in Canada, the question of decriminalizing all drugs is being discussed, we'll probably be there in 8 to 10 years.
