Have you ever seen the relay racers? how they run with all their might to hand over the baton?
A relay race is not a race for the weak, slow and sluggish type of people.
It's for people who are alert and always on the lookout for the whistle to take off with all the energy in them.
I once tried taking part in a relay race in my school and I ended up fetching my team 3rd place. They encouraged me and told me it wasn't so bad but I felt I had let my team down.
I was alert to receive the baton but I couldn't keep up the energy that my fellow racer started with, so I ended up coming third place.
And apart from that, I had trouble and a hard time breathing properly after the experience.
Generally, I used to have trouble whenever I ran or took part in any running competitions so I had to stop joining any type of race at all.
So relating this to life race. What do you do with the baton given to you?
A baton is passed down to every generation and it is expected of each generation to keep up the fight, keep on moving until they too give out the baton to the next generation.
I am very sure you received your baton already. What are you doing with it?
Are you keeping the same energy or even better one to the previous racer?
Are you alert and ready to always go by the whistle?
Or are you the weak, sluggish, and slow type?
You cannot give up on the run until you pass the baton.
It is as simple as that.
If you don't wanna let down your team, your generation, then you have to keep moving.
Keep going until you get to the next person and hand over the baton.
It is generational and you aren't expected to let down the next generation following after you.
Keep running!
Keep pushing!
You just have to keep up the energy.
Until you hand over that baton, don't stop, don't relax.
The next generation depends on you.
To my wonderful and loyal readers, I appreciate your time once again on my blog today.
I look forward to your amazing contributions to this.
Let's keep encouraging and supporting one another, cheers!
