What happened:
No less than six individuals have been executed in New York after the driver of a truck cut down individuals on a person on foot and cycle way in Lower Manhattan. US police are depicting the occurrence as a terror attack. New York City's mayor and governor have reportedly been seen at the scene after the incident. The Police are currently urging individuals to maintain a safe distance from the scene as the investigation takes place.
Detailed Report:
Prior a vehicle entered the West St. walker/bicycle way a couple of blocks north of Chambers St.
The vehicle struck various individuals on the way. There are a few fatalities and various individuals harmed.
The vehicle proceeded with south striking another vehicle. The suspect left the vehicle showing imitation guns and was promptly shot by NYPD.
The suspect is currently in custody. This is preliminary, more information should follow.

Witness reports:
One onlooker, identified as "Eugene," disclosed to ABC Channel 7 that he saw a white truck driving quick down the cycle way close by the West Side Highway, close to Stuyvesant High School, at full speed and hitting various individuals.
Another observer, Carina, was grabbing her child from an adjacent school. She told neighborhood TV station WCBS-TV: "I could see a lot of smoke and as I got to the corner that's when I started seeing people on the west side highway hitting the ground and I saw this guy...I don't know what he was holding. It looked like a rifle but it had like a...looked like a metal canister.
