My name is Zachary Dash, a crypto enthusiast and entrepreneur from Austin, TX. Six months ago, I quit my day job and began a passion project to inspire the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrency. While I was able to grow an active following, this past week I decided to slowly move all my content exclusively onto the Steemit platform. Here is a little more about me and why I am so excited to be a part of this community.
I am recently engaged and will be marrying my best friend this summer. Her name is Alex, and she is a beyond wonderful. Despite three years of long distance relationships, we feel closer than ever and are excited to begin our life together.
After I graduated from Texas A&M University focusing on Sport Management, I had a slight stint with IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL and proceeded to work as Marketing/Business Development Director for a 100,000 sq/ft all-purpose sports complex in The Woodlands, TX. It was an amazing growing experience for a young age and truly cherish these memories after college.
Although I was dedicated to my career, I have always been obsessed with creating companies and startups along the way. As a sophomore in high school, I began making music on my little lime green Dell laptop at night for fun. This prompted a YouTube channel called 'DJ ZEROX' (so edgy, I know) that took off much quicker than expected in terms of listeners and followers.
Excited for the growth, this sent me down a lifelong journey of creative outlets and companies. The idea of putting something into the world that wasn't previously there was, and still is my bigger motivation in life.

I would like to thank this community for the overwhelming support since joining. While I have heard about Steemit for a few months, it was not until I dove head first into the platform did I truly understand the amount of awesome and talented people in this ecosystem.
