Y es que me puse a prepararles varias cosas. Aquí los ingredientes y la preparación.

●Para los coquitos:
•2 cocos secos.
•2 tazas de azúcar.
• colorantes.
En cuanto a la preparación, raye los cocos, prepare un caramelo y cuando estaba en su punto le agregue el coco rayado, mezcle suavemente y listo... divide las mezclas para agregarle el colorante y procedi a preparar los coquitos.
● For the coquitos:
• 2 dry coconuts.
• 2 cups of sugar.

●Para las galletas:
•3 tazas de harina de trigo.
•4 huevos frescos.

•4 cucharadas de margarina
•esencia de vainilla.
Mezcle el azúcar con la margarina, fui incorporando los huevos uno a uno, agregue la harina y finalmente la vainilla.
● For the cookies:
•3 cups of wheat flour.
•4 fresh eggs.
•1 cup of sugar.•4 tablespoons margarine
•Essence of vanilla.
Mix the sugar with the margarine, I added the eggs one by one, add the flour and finally the vanilla.
●Para los suspiros:
•3 huevos frescos (claras).
•1 taza de azúcar.
•colorantes.
Batir las claras con el azúcar a punto de nieve, separe y agregue colorantes.
● For sighs:
• 3 fresh eggs (whites).
• 1 cup of sugar.

Beat the whites with the sugar until stiff, separate and add coloring.
