In this post, I'll show you some images of the Genus Leptoglossus, a unique group of insects. I found them on guava leaves. Here are some of the images I captured.
My presence disturbed them, making it a bit difficult to photograph. Their small size and the poor lighting made it difficult for my camera to focus. They kept moving to avoid me, but they didn't fly away. I don't know why, as other insects would immediately take flight if they felt threatened.
Their unique appearance intrigued me, and I'm sharing them here. inaturalist I don't think this constitutes a violation and is permitted by the admin. The images I display are purely from my phone camera. I hope you enjoy them.
