Hi all hive friends, meet me again tonight with a different story, I will tell you a lot about today's activities at Menasah, today in our village there is counseling from the Kutamakmur Public Health Center hospital, which today is the mother and father who work the hospital explained many things related to hygiene procedures which generally explained about the place of defecation, in our village we were asked who did not have a toilet at home, because the most important thing was the availability of a toilet in the house, although not luxurious, but clean and we can afford it. maintaining cleanliness, as well as toilets made of boards or bricks, the most important thing is maintaining cleanliness is the most important, but in our village there are also those who do not have toilets, they defecate in rivers and also in public toilets provided for residents, with Financial constraints have prevented residents from building private toilets in their respective homes, however, in our village after being su In the survey, there were more residents who already had toilets in their respective homes, so from this the hospital held an outreach program with the aim of knowing how many people among the residents did not have a toilet in their respective homes.
if there are those who do not have toilets, then the village head will help residents who do not have toilets in accordance with government funds for residents who do not have toilets, we residents also hope that there will be assistance from the government for the construction of toilets for residents who do not yet have one. In this counseling, the village head knows who doesn't have a toilet at home, so the hospital is working with the village head to hold this counseling.
The hospital also gave a lot of tips on various other ways related to everyday life.
the first they explain about the procedure for cooking water that is correct and good for health, how to cook water when it is boiling do not immediately turn off the stove, but wait for about 5 minutes after boiling and then turn off the stove, the benefit is that it can kill disease viruses, such as fever, coughs, colds and flu, because water can kill disease viruses and make the body feel more comfortable.
the second is also explained about throwing garbage in its place, don't litter, one of our goals is to throw garbage in its place so that we avoid various diseases, if we throw garbage carelessly it can develop disease-causing bacteria, garbage also spreads viruses and parasites. Therefore, we must also maintain cleanliness, and also by disposing of garbage in its place there will be no flooding.
the third point is also explained that before eating we must wash our hands first, the benefits are so that germs and bacteria do not enter the body, and also reduce the presence of serious diseases such as diarrhea caused by germs that enter through the mouth and touch bacteria from our own hands.
at this meeting we were also given cakes, rice and bath soap as a sign of their gratitude to us residents who had attended this counseling event, my son also liked the food provided by them, we residents also thanked the hospital because has given us useful knowledge that is very useful for all of us, the message I can take from this meeting is that it is very important to maintain cleanliness and healthy living procedures by keeping yourself away from disease and germs.
this is all I can tell on this occasion, hopefully it can be useful for me and all of my friends, if there are errors in terms of writing or words that are not appropriate, I say thousands of apologies, friends can comment if there are criticisms and suggestions.
