This tree is called plum-leaved apple but most often it is called paradise apples. I remember this from childhood, we loved to eat them with friends. There are also other names - plumleaf crab apple and Chinese apple.
These trees grow right on the street. In the fall they have delicious and fragrant small fruits. And in the spring they bloom beautifully like this:
