I am fairly new to this cryptocurrency thing, but after documenting myself a bit I know that the actual top 3 coins are going to stay there for quite a long time. So it's maybe time to put our hands on it.
I've got a quick recommendation for all those who want to start mining and don't know how!
I recently heard about mining but I didn't want to mess with the console, so I find this little program that sets everything you need to mine, you just got to press the start button, as simple as it gets.
I'm mining on an old gaming GPU I have (R9 270 non-x), and chances are that you have a similar one if you are onto gaming. I'm getting a decent hashrate (18MH/s) with a bit of overclock, to the point where I mine 1 ETH in a week approximately. I am not running the program 24/7, but about 8-12 hours a day.
Hope you found this useful in some way.
Peace!
