I believe that one of the reasons why beginning something is difficult is the desire for immediate results.
When you begin to learn a skill, to post content, or to work on a project, you expect to notice some result within a few days; if you don't, you then start to question whether it's even
But in most cases it doesn't work like that. Growth is a matter of time and at times you can be making progress without being aware of it.
What I've found is that it's more effective to make gradual improvements rather than checking on the results each day.
Things that are good generally take longer than we anticipate.
