When I got home, it felt different.
It's supposed to feel home, 'cause it is my home after all these years,
yet cliche it might be,
It doesn't feel like home.
Being a foreign in homeland,
does make you see things differently,
makes the longing in your heart so strong,
you'd give up everything for it.
It's not a longing that would be satisfied by a mere,
" traveling or other things,"
yet it's so much deeper than the oceans that anyone can drown.
An eternal purpose and calling,
that I can never turn my back on or even if I did try to say, " No," still it remains.
It is never a desire to find a purpose that, I should have or need. I already know my purpose.
It is a desire that God planted in my heart, it is also He, who made it grow through the years into a tree and will bear fruits.
Honestly, I don't know how to start, or maybe I am starting by Faith, practicing it through words, but I decided to lift my hands, completely laying everything on Jesus Christ.
I give up, not to the lies in my head nor the norms this world has taught us.
I give up to Jesus, the one who died on the cross to save us from our sins, from the sins of our father and from the sanctions this world has to offer and to forgive us from all our unrighteousness.
I sure am, a foreign in this land.
