The Binance exploit is indeed a blow to the cryptoverse, highlighting the vulnerability of the space. Nowhere is really safe, unexpected things can always happen. Like your post illustrates, there are pros in centralization, things can easily be handled and solved quickly. Decentralization seems more robust but when a problem happens, plucking it out from the root might not be an easy task.
