I thought this turned out pretty interesting. Not that I know what I am doing when it comes to Photoshop but I discovered a lot in this process. Maybe one of these days I'll take the time to learn it, but that's okay....
It's a Play Day
Using the Artistic filter, I chose 'colored pencil' and then tweaked and tweaked the sliders to get this result. If anything, it gave me a slightly different perspective on the photo I was working with.
