After my class as I am heading home already, I saw a cart with many buko. So I rushed to the vendor and bought some of it because that day is very sunny and you can really feel the summer already. Your throat really wanna have some refreshments then luckily I found this very delicious buko juice.

Coconut water (also coconut juice) is the clear liquid inside coconuts (fruits of the coconut palm). In early development, it serves as a suspension for the endosperm of the coconut during the nuclear phase of development. As growth continues, the endosperm matures into its cellular phase and deposits into the rind of the coconut pulp.[1] The liquid inside young coconuts is often preferred to the liquid of a ripened coconut. Coconut water from young green coconuts is also known specifically as buko juice in Philippine English.

For only 20 pesos (around $0.37) you can get 1 cup of the juice.

Before serving me, the vendor stir the juice first so that the additives well mix to have a fair taste.

We cannot deny that cold drinks (refreshments) are the best especially when summer season comes. It's not just you fulfill your cravings due to temperature but also you help the vendor consume their products/goods so that they could also rest as early as they could.
