[ESP-ING] Celebrating Freddy's Days

Una de las cosas que me agrada en la vida es poder pasar mucho tiempo con mi familia y cuando son fechas especiales siempre trato de hacerles pasar un día feliz y consentirles ya que a mi parecer la vida pasa muy rápido y somos los responsables de hacer que la vida valga la pena, además de brindar felicidad a los que amamos y esto no tiene que ser algo algo extravagante sino que puede ser algo sencillo pero que demuestre nuestro amor.

Tenía que celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo, y para eso siempre nos preparamos unos meses antes con el regalo, y pensar que más vamos hacer para poder reunir el dinero, este cumpleaños algunas veces se me complica por que luego aldia del padre falta muy poco y es doble regalo, al menos nos da tiempo dos semana más.

Para celebrar este cumpleaños estábamos planeando llevarlo algún lugar pero mi suegro se enfermo y teníamos que estar en su casa para pasarle tratamientos y estar pendiente de él así que le llevamos su regalo que le encantó, lo llevamos a comer (eso se los cuento en otro post), y luego regresamos a casa para hablar y disfrutar juntos y dos personas más que eran la novia de mi hijo y un vecino quien es muy allegado a nosotros y muy amigo de mi esposo, el cual siempre invitamos.

Después del almuerzo buscamos a nuestro vecino y nos fuimos todos a casa del suegro, allá tomamos algunos vinos, contamos buenas historias y recuerdos y nos reímos mucho, nada como compartir para pasar un momento diferente y oxigenarnos la vida con buenas energías, allí estuvimos todos hasta picar la torta o cantar cumpleaños.

La torta representa ese momento de felicidad, donde le cantamos cumpleaños y le deseamos una feliz vuelta al sol, no hay nada mejor que pasar el cumpleaños con quienes amamos, hay gente que queríamos invitar pero con mi suegro enfermo no podíamos hacer algo con tantas personas, así que fuimos más reservado y la pasamos igual de genial mi importante fue consentir al cumpleaños por eso decidimos llamar el día *"Freddys day,' para consentir al cumpleaños.

Terminamos comiendo torta, relajando y luego nos fuimos a casa con mucha lluvia, lamentablemente el cumpleañero debía quedarse a seguir cuidando al suegro, pero todo bien lo disfrutó mucho.

One of the things I love most in life is spending lots of time with my family, and on special occasions I always try to make sure they have a happy day and spoil them a little, because I believe life goes by too quickly and it’s up to us to make it worthwhile—not to mention bringing happiness to those we love. This doesn’t have to be anything extravagant; it can be something simple that shows our love.

I had to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and for that, we always start preparing a few months in advance with the gift and figuring out what else we can do to save up the money. This birthday is sometimes tricky for me because Father’s Day is right around the corner, so it’s a double gift—at least it gives us two more weeks.

To celebrate this birthday, we were planning to take him somewhere, but my father-in-law got sick, and we had to stay at his house to help with his treatments and keep an eye on him, so we brought him his gift, which he loved, took him out to eat (I’ll tell you about that in another post), and then we went back home to chat and enjoy each other’s company, along with two other people: my son’s girlfriend and a neighbor who is very close to us and a good friend of my husband’s, whom we always invite.

After lunch, we picked up our neighbor, and we all went to my father-in-law’s house. There, we had some wine, shared good stories and memories, and laughed a lot—there’s nothing like spending time together to make a special moment and breathe new life into our lives with positive energy. We all stayed there until we cut the cake and sang “Happy Birthday.”

The cake symbolizes that moment of happiness when we sing "Happy Birthday" and wish him a happy year around the sun. There’s nothing better than spending your birthday with the people you love. There were people we wanted to invite, but with my father-in-law being sick, we couldn’t host a large gathering, so we kept it more intimate and had just as much fun. The most important thing was to spoil the birthday boy, so we decided to call the day *" "Freddys Day," to spoil the birthday boy.

We ended up eating cake, relaxing, and then went home in the pouring rain. Unfortunately, the birthday boy had to stay behind to continue taking care of his father-in-law, but he still enjoyed it very much.
