Cocinar:Preparar comida es una de las actividades del hogar que hago con mucho placer, por eso en general obtengo buenos resultados, a mi familia le gusta como cocino y además lo hago en el menor tiempo posible, gracias a la práctica ahorro tiempo y puedo preparar varias comidas a la vez, mientras voy cocinando al mismo tiempo voy lavando los utensilios que voy ensuciando, así que al terminar la cómoda esta lista y sin trastes sucios.

Lavar ropa: Me gusta que la ropa este limpia, además que no me gusta la acumulación de ropa sucia en la cesta, disfruto lavar la ropa, es también una actividad que me da relajación, es mi momento de estar sola , lavando ropa aprovecho de hacer meditación mientras hago lo necesario para que quede limpia y con buen olor, no me gustan los días lluviosos porque mi mayor temor es que la ropa agarre olor a humedad.

Planchar ropa: Evito comprar ropa que necesite ser planchada, porque no gusta hacer esta actividad, es un malgasto de energía, vivo en una zona calurosa así que planchar genera aún más calor, por lo que no me gusta.

Lavar baños: Siempre lavo el baño con frecuencia y no me gusta descuidar esa área porque es algo muy importante, un baño sucio puede incluso enfermar a las personas, producir hongos y demás afecciones en las mujeres sobre todo, soy muy precavida, pero no es una actividad que disfrute, sobre todo porque por muchos años usaba químicos de limpieza que no sabía que me hacían daño, hasta que desarrollé una enfermedad llamada leucopenia, de la cual estoy curada, pero una de las cosas que la empeoraba era el contacto con químicos como el cloro por ejemplo.

Trapear el piso: Trapear o como decimos en mi país pasar coleto en el piso, es una actividad que no me gusta, lo hago a diario, pero no disfruto para nada, sobre todo porque eso causa dolores en mi zona lumbar, que a veces me dejan casi inmovilizada por el dolor fuerte.
