I just thought that every start of a new season, DEC per win in ranks is higher than usual.
I didn't even get this high DEC per win during mid to end days of the season.
I just remember that in 1700 rating from my last season I can only get at least 4 DEC per win.
I hope this will continue in the succeeding days.
