In relation to how we prepare our rice in Uganda..This is uniquely prepared. woow...you guys even have coco-nut rice. its my first to learn of that. Its a nice meal, very appealing to the eyes. I believe the taste is super awesome. Glad to learn of this type of meal for Nigerians.
