Hi @mepatriot. How is that one person can downvote your work and then it is "hidden?" And the down voter has a 45 rating?

Sorry if the question seems silly, I just haven't been spending much time on Steemit in the last 6 months or so. I know that you have had folks down vote you in the past but then go away after a time.

I guess I figured the upvoting would cancel out the downvoting.
