I like to ride a motorbike even when it rains. Sometimes when rains, it can inspire interesting reflection photos. When I came home from sports activities at the stadium in my city, it was pouring rain. Leaving lots of puddles on the road can cast interesting shadows. Or make a photo effect in the rearview mirror.
