Around the middle of 2023, Makoto Shinkai's new film "Suzume" was released.

Directed by: Makoto Shinkai
'Suzume' was released in theaters in Japan on November 11, 2022.
Although, as usual, major Japanese releases arrive quite late in the West, this time it was released early last year on April 14, 2023.
As usual it caught my attention as I am a big fan of his movies, especially the incredible stories he tells, the quality of the drawing, and the unforgettable characters. The first Makoto Shinkai movie I saw was Your Name/Kimi no Na wa. Which was released in 2016. I saw it with my dad and we were very moved by the story and the animation.
Then I watched Tenki No Ko/Time with You. And now this is the third movie I've seen. I started watching it and it was beautiful. Wonderful music, memorable characters, and amazing animation. So I decided to watch it better with my dad. It's about two hours long, but it was so beautiful that we didn't even notice the time that passed. I highly recommend it.

It is a movie that you can enjoy with your family. I also recommend you to watch some other movies by this director, like the ones I mentioned above.

Anyway, this is a highly recommended movie, "for me" haha, you can enjoy it in the solitude of your couch or accompanied by family, friends or your partner. Thanks for reading.
