If you need to have relationships every day and more than twice a day, you may suffer from hypersexuality or nymphomania, but it is not to worry too much, as there are even medical solutions to control the desire. For that reason, we list eight tips to decrease sexual desire and have more control of your life.

1. Avoid contents that provoke sexual stimulation

Do not watch porn or any content that is published on social networks or television that are allusive to sex. Inclusive, avoid couple movies.

2. Do sport

If your body is engaged in exercise, you will not feel much libido or desire to have sex. Also, you will feel really tired to have intimacy.

3. Avoid masturbating

The body should not be stimulated by any of the senses because if it is not satiated the desire will increase. That way, the word "sex" will not be in your mind.

4. Do not look for sex

Instead of meeting people to have sex, go out and have fun in a healthy way and in activities that contribute something positive in society such as being part of a group of a church.

5. Avoid alcohol and drugs

These stimulate people to have sex.

6. Stress

It is a problem of many people who want to have relationships, but in someone who have too much desire can be their solution. Find an activity that really stresses you more than not having sex.

7. Do not sleep

Being late on productive things can leave you exhausted to have sex.
