There are numerous tribes on HIVE. These tribes supplement HIVE rewards with additional rewards. For example the LeoFinance Tribe gives out LEO when you upvote posts with the #leo or #leofiance tag. You can also use their web site.

The PAY tribe rewarded posts using the keyword #politics. This tribe failed but the tag still pays off.

As you see to focus on economics you might want to stake your LEO and CENT.

Because the tribe failed you can buy their coins for cheap. So, PAY is a good way to learn about the distribution coins.

HIVE engine can be infuriating as many of the trading pairs are dominated by bots. I usually just place my orders half way between the BUY and ASK and periodically readjust all of my orders.
