It looks like you are getting rewards on most of your posts. You are losing some rewards on comments. The price of HIVE is falling, so the value of your upvote is dropping.

Quite frankly, it looks like you don't need dusty's services. You have enough HP to sweep your own dust.

@dustsweeper and @dustbunny are bots dedicated to sweeping dust.

Dustsweeper works as follows: if you sent HBD to @dustsweeper, dusty would use that money to upvote any of your post or comments that have less than 0.02 in rewards. So, if you have a post with just 0.017, dusty would drop an upvote that would bring it up to 0.026.

Notice, you will get back all the money sent to dusty plus the value of the saved dust.

Sending $1 HBD would give you over 50 upvotes. @dustbunny is similar.

Your wallet says you have just over 1000 HP. The value of your upvote was over $0.02. If the price of HIVE keeps falling, then you will need to power up some HIVE to keep it over 0.02 ... or simply stop upvoting comments.
