Euphorbia is a strikingly beautiful plant. Unfortunately the spurges are prolific and are wreaking havoc where I live.

Apparently, people imported spurges for their beauty ... when they escape the garden they wreak havoc in the wild.

They aren't just prolific. Spurges have a toxic sap that is harmful to animals that did not co-evolve with the plant.
