Welcome to Hive.
I wish you well during the pandemic. You have some great advice for avoiding the pandemic; However, I would question the decision to stay inside.
You might want to research Vitamin D and the immune system. People with Vitamin D deficiencies do not fare well with COVID19.
When direct sunlight hits our skin, our skin produces an activated form of Vitamin D. This form of vitamin D plays a vital role in immune response to the virus.
The best time to get vitamin D is at noon.
Fortunately, direct sunlight also kills the virus. So the best thing you can do to avoid COVID19 is to go out in the sunlight at noon. Go outside without a shirt on to increase your exposure to the sun. Just avoid crowds.
Having a healthy immune system will increase your chances of surviving the pandemic.
So, the best thing a person can do to stay alive is to research immune health and takes steps to improve your immune system. The sun might be our greatest ally in staying alive.
