I too love to put my headphones and in my case I've found joy in listening to audiobooks when I go to sleep. But I love to go for a walk with music and just get lost in it. For me music is more a personal thing so sometimes I compose drafts and I put drafts of what I'm creating so my mind can paint strokes on top and so I know where to go next
