I have been myself on a healing journey, and also it's been strange but lockdown helped me to slow down and refocus. I'm doing mildful walking (at my pace) and embracing the pain and relapses and they come. I made a song called longing to bloom, I'm not intending to spam it here (I made a post too) but I think you'll understand the lyrics are related to this process. I'm still on my way.
