| When we first chose a heating system for our house, we were aiming for a solid fuel boiler from the very beginning. We really wanted to be independent from gas suppliers (then the "gas wars" were in full swing and blackmail from our arch-enemy, who, failing to achieve his goal with blackmail, started a direct war. Those people who already had a similar type of heating said that it has the only significant (minus for me) - someone has to be a fireman all the time. I understood it to mean that someone had to be at home all the time to throw firewood. This did not seem like a problem, because it seemed that even if one of us was not there, then my parents live next door and you can always ask someone to come over and put some wood in the fireplace. However, I didn't think there were so many nuances about the type of fuel and cleaning the boiler and chimney. Last winter, in our first heating season, we heated with wood and boards with of an old dismantled house, and it is a pine tree that emits a lot of resins. These resins simply seal all the holes they can. Because of this, over time, the draft disappears and the combustion stops. This is me in the photo after cleaning the boiler yesterday, when I pulled out the old resin from last year (this winter, during my absence and in conditions of constant power outages, my wife heated the house with a fireplace and an electric boiler - at night, when there was electricity). I cleaned the boiler, but the combustion did not work properly in it, which means that the pipe in the chimney is blocked. That is, it is necessary to call chimney cleaning specialists who have the necessary equipment. | Коли ми тільки обирали систему опалення для нашого будинку, то з самого початку були націлені на твердопаливний котел. Минулої зими, у наш перший опалювальний сезон, ми опалювали деревом та дошками зі старої демонтованої хати, а це сосна, яка виділяє дуже багато смол. Ці смоли просто-напросто заліпляють всі отвори, які можуть. Через це з часом зникає тяга і горіння припиняється. Оце на фото я після вчорашньої чистки котла, коли я повиколуплював стару смолу ще з минулого року (цієї зими, в час моєї відсутності та в умовах постійного відімкнення електрики дружина опалювала будинок каміном та електричним котлом - вночі, коли була електрика). Я почистив котел, та горіння таки в ньому не запрацювало нормально, що означає те, що забита труба в комині. Тобто треба викликати фахівців з чистки димоходів, які мають необхідне обладнання. |
