The most vivid color among the mushrooms has, apparently, the Leccinum aurantiacum. One might think that the theory that the color of the mushroom caps helps to disguise him does not work here, because this red spot is visible from afar, but this is not quite so. In the summer, these mushrooms grow in dense grass, dense shrubs or in the heather, it is impossible to see them from afar. And in the autumn, they perfectly disguise the fall of the leaves, because the leafy aspen, under which the Leccinum aurantiacum grow, perfectly mask them, because it is full of red color.
