아모르 파티는 자신의 운명을 사랑하는 의미로, 인간이 가져야 할 삶의 태도를 설명하는 프리드리히 니체의 용어이다. 운명애라고도 한다.
니체에 개념에 따르면 삶이 만족스럽지 않거나 힘들더라도 자신의 운명을 받아들여야 한다는것이다. 그러나 운명을 받아 들인다는것이 자신의 고난과 어려움 등에 굴복하거나 체념하는 것과 같은 수동적인 삶의 태도를 의미하지는 않는다. 즉, 고난과 어려움을 받아들이는 자신의 능동적 태도를 말한다. 부정적인 것을 긍정적으로 바꿔 능동적으로 받아들이는 것이다.
김연자님의 아모르파티의 가사는 니체의 아모르 파티의 운명애를 가사로 잘 써놨다고 볼 수 있다. 가사를 보면서 집중해서 들으면 이 노래가 더 더욱 좋게 들린다.
그리고 리듬또한 힘듬에서 벗어나는 느낌의 신난 EDM 풍의 트로트로 잘 만들었다고 볼 수 있다.

여기서 내가 제일 꽂힌 부분은 '나이는 숫자 마음이 진짜 가슴이 뛰는대로해'와 '연애는 필수 결혼은 선택'이라는 부분에서 공감을하고 좋다고 생각했다. 나이가 전부가 아니라고 나이는 어쩔 수 없이 운명적인것 때문에 하고싶은것을 하면서 받아들여라는 이 말과 연애는 하되 결혼은 꼭 해야하는 것이 아니기 때문에 결혼에 너무 연연하면서 연애하지말고 연애를 해보고 선택하라는 느낌의 이부분이 너무 와닿았다.

Moreover, amor fati is characterized by an acceptance of the events or situations that occur in one's life.
This acceptance does not necessarily preclude an attempt at change or improvement, but rather, it can be seen to be along the lines of what Friedrich Nietzsche apparently means by the concept of "eternal recurrence": a sense of contentment with one's life and an acceptance of it, such that one could live exactly the same life, in all its minute details, over and over for all eternity.
