The French Manicure can never fail, it's elegant, chic, simple and always looks spectacular. Today I show you how to make it perfect even if you have no pulse and no tools to assist you, and you will get a quality manicure.

La Manicure Francesa nunca puede fallar, es elegante, chic, sencilla y siempre se ve espectacular. Hoy te muestro cómo hacerla Perfecta aunque no tengas nada de pulso y sin herramientas de asistencia, y te quedarán de Calidad.

I love it for the neatness and simplicity of its design, but to look good, it must be perfect and I really don't have much of a pulse to make them. So, we have to use our imagination when we don't have the ability and we want to achieve something. Of course, the ideal is to practice and practice until we get it done, but while that happens, we can improvise other ways to do it so we can have the beautiful hands with the French Manicure we want. So here are TWO TECHNIQUES to do them.

Me encanta por lo prolijo y simple de su diseño, pero para verse bien, debe estar perfecta y realmente no tengo mucho pulso para hacerlas. De manera que, hay que usar la imaginación cuando no tenemos la habilidad y queremos lograr algo. Claro que lo ideal es practicar y practicar hasta lograr hacerlo, pero mientras eso pasa, podemos improvisar otras formas de hacerlo para poder tener ya mismo unas manos lindas con la Manicure Francesa que queremos. Así que a continuación te muestro DOS TÉCNICAS para hacerlas.

This Tutorial is made with my Permanent Nail Polish materials, and the step by step is with all the materials involved. Again, you can do the French Manicure I show you in this Tutorial using only the traditional air-drying nail polish paints. I prefer the Permanent Nail Polish because it lasts a long time and allows me to continue doing all the housework without damaging or affecting my nails.

First I used the Base Gel, to make the Permanent Polish, I applied and dried in a lamp.

Este Tutorial lo hago con mis materiales de Esmaltado Permanente, y el paso a paso es con todos los materiales que involucra. Te repito que puedes hacer la Manicure Francesa que te muestro en este Tutorial utilizando solo las pinturas de uñas de esmalte tradicional que se secan con el aire. Yo prefiero el Esmalte Permanente porque me dura mucho tiempo y me permite seguir realizando todas las labores del hogar sin maltratar o afectar mis uñas.

Primero usé la Base Gel, para hacer el Esmaltado Permanente, apliqué y sequé en lámpara

Then, I applied alcohol and dried with some cloth. Now my nails are ready to start painting them.

Luego, apliqué alcohol y sequé con alguna tela. Ya mis uñas están preparadas para comenzar a pintarlas.

On the palm part of the hand, under the thumb, it is very soft and fleshy, we can use it to do the French Manicure. We only apply the white paint, just one brush stroke.

En la parte de la palma de la mano, debajo del dedo pulgar, es muy suave y carnosa, podemos usarla para hacer la Manicure Francesa. Solo aplicamos la pintura blanca, solo una pincelada.

Position the nail on the brushstroke we made in the palm of the hand, and press towards it. When we remove it we check that the line is even, generally it comes out perfect the first time. But if you want it thicker, you can press harder so that the paint covers more space on the nail.

Posicionamos la uña sobre la pincelada que hicimos en la palma de la mano, y presionamos hacia ella. Al retirarla nos fijamos que la línea haya quedado pareja, generalmente sale perfecta a la primera. Pero si la quieres más gruesa, puedes presionar más fuerte para que la pintura abarque más espacio en la uña.

You can see that it looks beautiful, very neat and even. That edge for French Manicure I wouldn't achieve it with my hand because it looks very bad the times I've tried it with my hand. But with this technique the edge is perfect. Then, we dry in the lamp

Puedes observar que queda hermosa, muy prolija y pareja. Ese borde para Manicure Francesa yo no la lograría con mi pulso porque me queda muy mal las veces que lo he intenta con mi solo pulso. Pero con esta técnica queda perfecta el borde. Luego, secamos en lámpara

Yes, this second option is with a polishing file, as it is very soft. You can even do it with a sponge or foam rubber. I applied a brush stroke of my white paint on one end of the polishing file, just a brush stroke.

Si, esta segunda opción es con una lima pulidora, ya que es muy suave. Puedes incluso hacerlo con una esponja o goma espuma. Yo apliqué una pincelada de mi pintura blanca en un extremo de la lima pulidora, solo una pincelada.

For my design I wanted to use a frosted glitter, which adds interest and is more chic. This glitter is also Semi-Permanent.

Para mi diseño quise utilizar un brillo escarchado, que le aporta más interés y es más chic. Este brillo es también Semipermanente.

You can see the finish I achieved, on my hand I have some nails with the palm technique and others with the polishing file technique, and you can't tell the difference. In all my nails the French Manicure was perfect.

Puedes ver el acabado que logré, en mi mano tengo unas uñas con la técnica de la palma de la mano y otras con la técnica en la lima pulidora, y no se nota la diferencia. En todas mis uñas quedó perfecta la Manicure Francesa.
