From what I've just read, KOMSCO is a company owned by the South Korea government, and is also the company that prints their banknotes, official documents such as ID cards and passports, and mints their coins, as well as bullion products of course, such as the one you're showing us.

There seems to be 3 different rounds in the Tae Kwon Do serie: 2019, 2020, and 2021, each with a different engraving.
