Buenos usuarios de Hive, en el post anterior que dejare a continuaci贸n, hablo de la censura de una canci贸n infantil, donde habla del derecho de los ni帽os, y el poder de las palabras. En relacion a este, hablo de como META, due帽o de Facebook e Instragram tomo una decision: pondr谩 fin al programa de verificaci贸n independiente en Estados Unidos. 驴Qu茅 piensan ustedes de todo esto?
Dear Hive users, in the previous post that I will leave below, I talk about the censorship of a children's song, where it talks about the rights of children, and the power of words. In relation to this, I talk about how META, owner of Facebook and Instagram, made a decision: it will end the independent verification program in the United States. What do you think about all this?

Lo que yo pienso es que se deja libre a las mentiras, mas all谩 de la libertad de expresi贸n, creo que somos responsables de lo que decimos, habr谩 gente que piensa algo, sea lo que sea, y es libre de hacerlo, pero el hecho de hacerlo p煤blico con otras personas que est谩n desinformadas al respecto, puede tener un efecto negativo, y causar una desinformaci贸n sobre temas importantes, y puede contener malicias, porque no podemos negar que cada decisi贸n de esta magnitud es porque hay intereses en el medio. Lo que me deja pensar, 驴porque aceptamos estas decisiones como propias cuando somos los m谩s perjudicados? Dar茅 un ejemplo que paso en pandemia, en Argentina, y en un medio de noticias televisivas.
What I think is that lies are allowed to spread, beyond freedom of expression, I think that we are responsible for what we say, there will be people who think something, whatever it may be, and they are free to do so, but the fact of making it public with other people who are misinformed about it, can have a negative effect, and cause misinformation on important issues, and it can contain malice, because we cannot deny that every decision of this magnitude is because there are interests in the middle. Which makes me think, why do we accept these decisions as our own when we are the most harmed? I will give an example of what happened during the pandemic, in Argentina, and in a television news outlet.

No s茅 si hablar de estupidez, ignorancia, o influencia que tiene la gente en tomar como referentes a cualquiera que tenga un micr贸fono, y mucho m谩s cuando aquellos que dicen las cosas sin medirse puede provocar la muerte y el sufrimiento de aquellos que lo toman como un ejemplo a seguir. 驴Que quiero decir con esto? Soy partidario de que somos responsables nosotros tambi茅n de lo que consumimos, del entretenimiento y de lo habitual, si elegimos ver algo, somos responsables tambi茅n de darle un espacio m谩s a aquellos que no aportan nada positivo, que con malas intenciones pueden dar un mensaje da帽ino, como el ejemplo que deje mas arriba.
Here the "reporter" drank "chlorine dioxide" live, saying that it was not dangerous, then a child died because his parents made him take it. I don't know if we should talk about stupidity, ignorance, or the influence that people have in taking anyone with a microphone as a reference, and much more when those who say things without restraint can cause death and suffering for those who take them as an example to follow. What do I mean by this? I am in favor of the fact that we are also responsible for what we consume, for entertainment and for the usual, if we choose to watch something, we are also responsible for giving more space to those who do not contribute anything positive, who with bad intentions can give a harmful message, like the example I left above.
El fin de la moderaci贸n, si bien hab铆a aun noticias falsas (con o sin intencionalidad) genera una libertad de decir lo que nos plazca, racismo, xenofobia, todo tipo de aberraciones que dejan a los sectores vulnerables siendo m谩s atacados. Si nos creemos responsables de lo que consumimos y elegimos, la libertad que Meta dice que tenemos es falsa, ya que aquellos con m谩s poder de influencia tendr谩n siempre las de ganar, como pasa en relaciones de poder. 驴Qui茅n podr谩 mejor convencer a un ciudadano, quien tiene un ej茅rcito para escribir falsedades e inundar las redes o alguien que puso su punto de vista y fue atacado por los mismos?.
The end of moderation, although there was still fake news (whether intentional or not), generates a freedom to say what we want, racism, xenophobia, all kinds of aberrations that leave vulnerable sectors being more attacked. If we believe we are responsible for what we consume and choose, the freedom that Meta says we have is false, since those with more power to influence will always have the upper hand, as happens in power relations. Who can better convince a citizen, someone who has an army to write falsehoods and flood the networks or someone who expressed his point of view and was attacked by the same?
- Meta abandona la verificaci贸n de datos: Que se puede impulsar de positivo, cuando no se verifica lo que se puede decir, se desentienden cuando hablan de libertad, y que "el estado este fuera de nuestras vidas", pero no somos ajenos al estado, vivimos en 茅l, y no por eso debemos tolerar que por intereses monop贸licos (justamente con el gobierno de trump) pero que sigue influyendo en la mente de aquellos, como aqu铆 en argentina, tienen de referente a estos personajes de estados unidos.
- Meta abandons fact-checking: What can be promoted in a positive way, when what can be said is not verified, they ignore it when they talk about freedom, and that "the state is outside our lives", but we are not strangers to the state, we live in it, and that is not why we should tolerate that for monopolistic interests (precisely with the Trump government) but that continues to influence the minds of those, like here in Argentina, who have these characters from the United States as a reference.
Esta manera de pensar la realidad me termina asustando, tuve la mala suerte de comentar una publicaci贸n en Instagram, donde dec铆a que ir a vacacionar a Brasil era positivo, pero para la econom铆a de argentina no, porque es m谩s barato ir a Brasil que vacacionar y hacerlo en tu pa铆s, nadie est谩 diciendo ac谩 que no es bueno irte donde quieras si lo quieres hacer, pero por algo es m谩s barato, luego de comentar, me cayeron muchos comentarios atac谩ndome, insult谩ndome, ninguno con alg煤n argumento l贸gico, eso es lo que se est谩 habilitando sin las moderaciones que las redes sociales necesitan. Aquellos que creen en una libertad completa, estan condenados a destruirla
This way of thinking about reality ends up scaring me. I had the bad luck of commenting on a post on Instagram, where I said that going on vacation to Brazil was positive, but not for the Argentine economy, because it is cheaper to go to Brazil than to vacation and do it in your country. Nobody is saying here that it is not good to go wherever you want if you want to do it, but for some reason it is cheaper. After commenting, I received many comments attacking me, insulting me, none with any logical argument, that is what is being enabled without the moderations that social networks need. Those who believe in complete freedom are condemned to destroy it.
