Start there. Basically, the goal is to support niche communities. OCD will no longer support content posted here if there's an appropriate community for that. For example, if you're posting travel, post it in Haveyoubeenhere community. Or if you're into photography, post it in Photography Lovers community. The Incubation program update has a complete list of communities that OCD supported. The ultimate goal is to post in an appropriate community.

You can still post in OCD if and only if your post doesn't belong to the supported communities. Mostly these topics are general.
