It's almost been 10 years since I had enjoyed being around such creatures. I used to live near a lake and there was always a good flow of ducks and geese. One gooseneck in particular got the title big daddy by the community for his enormous size and dominant behavior. So long as there was food this quack in particular did not take too kindly to strangers. Very territorial bird amongst the rest of them too. I wish I could have enjoyed them even more. I miss seeing them peck around the lake side early mornings.
