@freebornangel ... yea that was my best guess left as i told @penderis, i didnt know why but i have seen it before and it wouldnt do anything until vp was at 100%. With what he said about the mod after delegating and what you said that makes sense. All i can do is wait anyway to see when and where it comes back so
