REALLY ... yea , i wish it were stand-up comedy but it's been 'a wank between mates' since the day i signed up and the last HF (apocalypse 21) was double that ... (and half of that for the rest ...) everyone's on the propaganda wagon because it sells and you might get a whale vote, in the end what i saw so far is ... whales got their post rewards halved this week too ( = lol ) but that was a global ripple. The bots adapted faster than you could say 'bid' and promised MORE roi instead of less ... the whales got more and curation rewards increased while all posts of a few cents to zero got halves .... in essence you are now handing out MORE inflation (because thats what we all get paid in, right ? a share of inflation where the value remains to be seen ... i knew that, that's not the issue)
You're still on the same train you were on, someone up there has a serious OCD problem , so you got to the bots but the bots got back to you FASTER , the curation got increased and hi-powered accounts now drain more, not less (in case you missed that the first time)
'the masses' are not 'normies' ... my mom needs help with the remote , my grandma is actually dead by now so she wont be buying the magic word on "THE" blockchain either ...
if you dont STOP the inflation, you're left with an eternal pyramid, the original idea by Satoshi himself was NOT inflation for the masses, but 21 million dot STOP ... that seems to work better btw despite the fact that it has no use. If you dont stop inflation, then your countermeasures will always have to grow faster then the inflation itself , plus you get the tokens, which disperse the value more and the 'communities' that are likely to disperse traffic too ...

hm yea ... the big announcements ... without namecalling as i DO appreciate the gesture, the salespitch should be aimed at the believers : the 'huge powerups' by some after the apocalypse : i SERIOUSLY DOUBT they got that STEEM anywhere but from the liquid supply they have lying around from the golden age when it was raining money and they held 'a little' , then the price came down like an avalanche and hasnt done anything since, so in essence they have lost ZERO and paid ZERO because as block producers they would have gotten all that for free (more or less , and in some cases completely)
